Dear business partners,
At Famous Office, we aim to provide you with the highest quality wholesale office furniture and ensure the highest satisfaction in both domestic and international sales and delivery processes. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the following shipping and return policies apply.
1. Shipping Conditions
Domestic Deliveries: Orders within Türkiye are delivered to your address via contracted logistics companies. Delivery times may vary depending on product stock and production schedule.
Export (International) Deliveries: Our international shipments are made by sea, land or air transport, and delivery conditions are regulated according to the Incoterms rules specified in the contract.
Shipping and Insurance: Shipping and insurance responsibilities in international transportation are determined according to the agreement made before the order.
2. Return Conditions
Return Period: For wholesale purchases, returns must be requested within 14 days of product delivery. Requests not submitted within this period will not be processed.
Product Condition: Returned products must be unused and undamaged, in their original packaging. Returns of installed, used, or custom-made products are not accepted.
Special Orders: Products that are custom-made in terms of color, size or design (including project-specific furniture production) are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process

Returns via Shipping/Transport: Products must be securely packaged and returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories. Our company is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation.
Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are covered by our company only if the product is defective or shipped incorrectly. In all other cases, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Right to Return and Exchange
Defective or Damaged Products: Products must be inspected upon delivery. If any defects or damage are detected, a report must be prepared by the courier, and the situation must be reported to our company. Defective products will be exchanged or refunded free of charge after inspection.
Wrong Product Delivery: In case of wrong product delivery, the products will be taken back by our company and the correct product will be sent free of charge.
5. Post-Refund Process
Inspection and Approval: Returned products are inspected upon receipt. If they meet the return conditions, approval is granted.
Refund: After your refund is approved, your payment will be refunded via bank transfer or credit card within 14 business days. Delays may occur due to interbank processing times.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Special order products (size, color or project based production).
Products that have been installed, used or damaged.
